I have loved you century upon century, when you have amused yourselves in the outer world with its insane concepts and appetites of the human desire.
I plead with you now to take your Freedom while there is yet time!
The earth and its humanity have entered a New Age. It is destined to become a Golden Age if mankind will return to the beneficent Laws of Life they once knew. The Great Wisdom, secretly held and guarded for many centuries in the Far East, has come forth in America at the command of those Great Ascended Masters who direct, protect, and assist in expanding the Light within mankind upon this earth.
The Great Ascended Master Saint Germain, one of those Powerful Cosmic Beings from the Great Host of Ascended Masters who govern this planet, is the governing Master for this Golden Age. He is the Greatest Blessing that has ever come to mankind, because He operates under the Ray which is the Purifying Power to the Earth. Beloved Saint Germain is the Law of the Seventh Ray, the Violet Ray to this Earth, the only means of releasing this Cleansing, Purifying Power. Beloved Saint Germain’s Service is given by the Outpouring of His Light and Love to the people of America and the world, and through their conscious cooperation with the Ascended Masters, the Angelic Host and the Legions of Light.
Remember, these are My Words, and let no human being on Earth doubt it when I say to you that Saint Germain has performed the greatest Service ever attempted by one being on Earth. With your continued assistance and the gathering of more of mankind—to give the Call and assistance which He asked for—you will see manifested upon Earth, the greatest achievement ever known since the Second Golden Age upon Earth!

What are Decrees?In the "I AM" Activity members are taught to use the Authority and Power of God, the "Mighty I AM Presence," to decree what they want manifest in their beings and world. In giving Decrees, one should realize that he is really talking to the "Beloved Mighty I AM Presence" – God in Action. A Decree is either a Fiat of the Voice of the "I AM Presence" speaking through us, or a direct Call to the "Presence" and the Ascended Host for the help we require. The Scripture says, "Decree a thing and it shall be established unto you." That was the edict of the Godhead in the beginning. Mankind has long, long forgotten it. Decreeing is a more powerful form of prayer.

Who are the Ascended Masters?The Great Ascended Masters of Love, Light, and Perfection who have guided the expansion of the Light in humanity on this planet from the beginning are no figment of anyone's imagination. They are real, visible, tangible, glorious, living, breathing beings of such Love, Wisdom, and Power that the human mind gasps at the immensity of it. They work everywhere in the Universe with complete freedom and limitless power, to do naturally all that the average individual considers supernatural. They are wielders of such power and manipulators of such force, as to stagger the imagination of the person in the outer world. They are the guardians of the race. And, as in the world of physical education, various grades of teachers are provided to guide the development of the individual's growth from childhood to maturity and then beyond, preparing him for special work, so do the Ascended Masters of Perfection exist to educate and help the individual that he, too, may expand his consciousness beyond ordinary human expression. Thus, he develops his superhuman attributes until, like the student graduating from college, the one under the care and instruction of an Ascended Master graduates out of his humanity into the full, continuous expressionof his divinity.

This Great Cosmic Being Beloved Saint Germain, working untiringly throughout the centuries for the Light and Freedom of humanity, searched for six hundred years among the people of the Earth for someone obedient and humble enough to carry out His Mission on the Earth. In 1932 He found two such persons, Mr. and Mrs. Guy W. Ballard, in the United States. They accepted His Direction and freely gave to all what He gave to them. They have made their Ascension and are now Great Ascended Masters assisting Saint Germain at Cosmic Levels for the Illumination of mankind and the planet.
This is the Work of Saint Germain, formally established as the Saint Germain Foundation. This is His original, authentic Teaching, studied and practiced throughout the world in "I AM" Sanctuaries and Temples, where those who follow His Teaching join together to give Decrees for the benefit of mankind.
